For which we need a full parcel opening video as a proof that the customer opens very first time product is damaged and showing the defect in that video itself without cut and pause. (This is because our quality team check all products before dispatching)


For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be requested within 2 days of the product’s actual date of delivery.

Note: If the customer informed us after 48hrs of delivery for the return or exchange, we will not be able to arrange the pickup as no courier service accept pickup request post 48hrs.


Once reverse request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 1-2 working days to get the product picked from your place. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes a day. After pickup done it will take 10 to 15 days to come back.

Note: You must choose any other product in return of the dress you have received. No Refund request will accepted, we will provide you with a coupon code instead (depending on the order amount)

For Prepaid Orders the total amount of the dress will be generated as a coupon code or exchange dress (excluding Courier charges).

For COD Orders the total amount of the dress will be generated as a coupon code (excluding Courier charges)

 

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
