REFUND POLICY

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.

For which we need a full parcel opening video as a proof that the product is damaged. ( This is because our quality team check all products before dispatching)

For all exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be requested within 2 days of the product’s actual date of delivery.

Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

The expected timelines are as below:

*For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/ COD handling charges will not be refunded.


Discounted products can not be returned.
